Dear all,

Our department has been providing four different assistances: instrumentation facility to characterize molecules and materials, workshop facility to fabricate and repair analytical instruments required for researchers, and post graduation courses, M. Tech (Instrumentation) and M.Sc (Instrumentation), to improve knowledge of young researcher on instruments basics and utilizations and visiting our Labs.

Accordingly, department was named as Sophisticated Analytical Instrumentation Facility (SAIF), Central Instrumentation Laboratory (CIL) and University Center For Instrumentation and Micro Electronics (UCIM), respectively. The Department of Science & Technology (DST) and Panjab University have been bearing these centers by providing generous financial support.

   

                                                                                           

Department has been proud of its record of dedicated and fast services in promoting quality of research and excellence. Moreover, department has bestowed with high quality expertize, who have rich industrial experiences and a passion for turning ideas into reality. Thus, on behalf of the Department and on my own, I invite young- and experienced researchers to make use of central instrumentation facilities available with us to characterize your materials from a molecular level!
