For SAIF Instruments
1. Before availing the services, users are required to know the charges for analysis using

2. The payment should be made by NEFT/IMPS/Account transfer/CASH.
3. DD and money order will not be accepted.
4. NEFT /IMPS /Account transfer may not be considered valid if the user fail to intimate the UTR no, Amount and date of transaction while filling the online registration.

6. Create the account in online registration.
7. Fill the Payment and sample Form details.
8. Download and submit/send samples along with a copy of the NEFT/IMPS/Account Transfer details and online request form with Supervisor/Authorized Signature and stamp.
9. The amount transferred without submitting the NEFT details will not be accounted at any instance
